*To open an account, a set of completed documents, including Shareholder Account Opening Form, Risk Profile Questionnaire, Suitability Check Table, together with a copy of the account applicant’s identity card or passport page with photograph, and a crossed cheque or bank draft are required to submit to Manulife Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited. If the subscription proceeds are paid in cheque, the cheque account holder or bank draft customer must be the account applicant as third party payment will not be accepted. Annual Reports**
**In view of the growing concern on environmental protection, starting from the financial year ended on June 30, 2011, all annual reports and unaudited semi-annual reports of the Company (collectively, the “Reports”) will be made available in electronic format. Printed Reports for collection free of charge will be available at the following locations subject to inventory availability:
If you are an existing shareholder and wish to continue receiving printed copies of the Reports, or cancel such a request in the future, please complete the “Manulife Global Fund - Change of Record of Receipt of Annual Reports and Unaudited Semi-annual Reports” and/or “Manulife Advanced Fund SPC - Change of Record of Receipt of Annual Reports and Unaudited Semi-annual Reports” forms.
