*To open an account, a set of completed documents, including Manulife Global Fund Account Opening Form, Risk Profile Questionnaire, Suitability Check Table, together with a copy of the account applicant’s identity card or passport page with photograph, and a crossed cheque or bank draft payable to “CITIBANK NA, HK BRANCH – MGF A/C” are required to submit to Manulife Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited. If the subscription proceeds are paid in cheque, the cheque account holder or bank draft customer must be the account applicant as third party payment will not be accepted.
