Important Notice: Dealing Suspension of Investment Choices

As some stock exchanges in the Middle East and North Africa region will be closed for the religious holidays, valuation and dealing of Manulife Inv Middle East and North Africa Equity Fund under Manulife Investment Solutions and Manulife Wealth Creator, MIL Middle East and North Africa Fund under Matrix (collectively named as the “MENA Investment Choices”) will be suspended from November 7, 2011 (Monday) to November 9, 2011 (Wednesday) (both dates inclusive).

In addition, the stock exchange in Turkey will be closed for the religious holidays, valuation and dealing of Manulife Inv Turkey Equity Fund under Manulife Investment Solutions and Manulife Wealth Creator, MIL Turkey Fund under Alpha and Matrix, ManuSelect Turkey Fund under ManuSelect Investment Protector (collectively named as the “Turkey Investment Choices”) will be suspended from November 7, 2011 (Monday) to November 9, 2011 (Wednesday) (both dates inclusive).

Pursuant to the relevant Principal Brochure relating to the respective MENA Investment Choices and Turkey Investment Choices, Manulife (International) Limited (“the Company”) may suspend valuation and dealing of an Investment Choice in the circumstance of closure of, or suspension of, or restriction of trading on any securities markets in which a substantial part of the underlying investments or assets linked to the Investment Choice is normally traded.

All instructions in respect of subscription, redemption and switching of units of the MENA Investment Choices and Turkey Investment Choices received by the Company during the period between November 7, 2011 (Monday) and November 9, 2011 (Wednesday) (both days inclusive) will be processed after the resumption of valuation and dealing. During the suspension, Policyowner may withdraw or change his/ her request in respect of any subscription, redemption or switching of units of the MENA Investment Choices and Turkey Investment Choices*.

The Company will resume valuation and dealing of the MENA Investment Choices and Turkey Investment Choices on November 10, 2011 (Thursday).
