Every year, the Company organizes an award presentation ceremony cum dinner as well as overseas conferences to recognize those advisors and managers who have achieved outstanding performance.  Varoius awards, like "Underwriter of the Year", "Top Manager of the Year", "Rookie of the Year", etc., will be presented by the Company's senior management to honor those top performers.  As an incentive to drive for better results, overseas conferences are organized to provide an opportunity for top producers and managers to share their valuable experiences.

Another recognition program is the "MASTER BUILDER" program, which acknowledges those exceptional producers who have made substantial contributions to the Company's development and expansion.  Membership in this program is based on a significant volume of consistent production and persistency.
