This award is the highest honour for those of our employees who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the Company's vision and values and to securing its success and growth.

Every year, a selected group of Manulife employees and sales associates from around the world are recognized for their outstanding professional achievements and contribution to the Company’s success. 

The STARs of Excellence award recognizes individuals who exhibit:

Staff Suggestion Scheme

Manulife strives to be an “Employer of Choice” and is keen to hear feedback and suggestions from our employees by different means. We believe it is only through constant dialogue that we can have the most valid feedback, in order to create a workplace that encourages us all to deliver at our best, as well as creating an environment that we all enjoy and are proud of.

Long Service Award

Manulife values loyalty and commitment to the Company by recognizing our employees with multiples of five years of service in the Company.

To share the glory with all Manulifers, the Long Service Awardees will be highly recognized in an annual staff event and will receive their award on the stage presented by senior management.


Quarter Century Club Dinner

The Quarter Century Club was formed in 1954. To recognize long service and dedication with Manulife, existing or retired employees located in all over the world who have 25 years of service with the Company are eligible for membership and they will be invited annually to have a high table dinner with the senior management.
