Our services include an on-line service centre, computerized call centre, personal visits, customer-oriented seminars, newsletters and regular benefit statements, to name just a few.

Our major technology investments mean you can make use of our online service center helping employers administer MPF. You can review online accounting statements to see how your staff's contributions were allocated, submit monthly contributions data online. We also provide employees with individual access to their MPF information. They can check their own balances, fund prices and switch funds online or via our Smart Call telephone service...which means less administration for your company.

The Provident Fund Operations

In Hong Kong, Manulife is the second largest player in the MPF market*. As at June 30, 2009, we were managing pension assets at HK$50 billion. Our services have been recognized with awards including:

The Survey includes the major service providers (in terms of assets within master trusts) and aggregated assets under supervision surpassed 90% of the entire MPF market as at December 31, 2008

** According to a survey conducted by ACNielsen among 618 MPF employers from April to May 2003 and comparing with another top four players in the MPF industry in terms of assets under master trusts.

*** In August 2002, a survey was conducted by AC Nielsen among 611 MPF members, comparing Manulife with other top three players in the MPF industry (in terms of assets under master trusts). In April and May 2004, a survey was conducted by Marketing Decision Research (Pacific) Limited among 1,097 MPF members and compared with other top five players in the MPF industry (in terms of assets under master trusts).
