New Arrangements for Terms and Conditions for Manulife E-Service effective from 6 April 2009

In association with the Company initiative to promote environmental protection awareness and the protection of customers’ interests, a paper copy of the Terms and Conditions will no longer be mailed together with the PIN notice. From 6 April 2009, customers are required to accept the Terms and Conditions when using the Manulife Customer Website and Manulife Smart Call.  However, customers may still request a paper copy of the Terms and Conditions via Manulife Smart Call, or view the Terms and Conditions online by visiting www.manulife.com.hk.
