Personal Customer Login Demo

Step 1: Visit our website www.manulife.com.hk. Select “Personal Customer” and click “LOGIN”, then the Customer Login screen will pop-up.

Step 1: Visit our website www.manulife.com.hk. Select “Personal Customer” and click “LOGIN”, Customer Login screen will pop up.

Step 2: In the Customer Login screen, enter:

- HKID / Passport Number (e.g. A123456(7) input as A1234567) ; OR
- Username / Manulife Customer Number (MCN) which is 9-digit starting with “3”

Then, click “CONTINUE”.

Step 2:In the Customer Login screen, enter HKID/Passport Number or Username/Manulife Customer Number(MCN), then click “CONTINUE”

Step 3: Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Click “LOGIN”, then login process is completed successfully. You may enjoy the wide range of online services provided by Manulife now!

Note: For first time to use the PIN, the Policy / Account Number Verification screen will display

Verify your policy(ies) / account(s) and click “SUBMIT”

Note:For first time to use the PIN, the Policy/Account No. Verification screen will display. Verify your policy & click “SUBMIT”

Complete ALL the fields in the PIN Activation screen. Click “SUBMIT”, then login process is completed successfully. You may enjoy the wide range of online services provided by Manulife now!
