How long does it take to get an approval decision for a Manulife Credit Card?An application takes about 2 to4 weeks to process once we receive completed documentation. Please ensure that the application form is filled in and together with all required supporting documents, return to DBS Bank Card Center.
If my application is approved, can I start using my Manulife Credit Card immediately upon receipt of my new card? You will need to call DBS Credit Card 24-hour Customer Services Hotline at 2290 8888 to confirm receipt of your new card for security purposes. Your card cannot be used unless it is activated.
What can I do if I don't agree with the approval decision on my new Card? You may call DBS Credit Card 24-hour Customer Services Hotline at 2290 8888 or mail your comments and any new supporting documents to DBS Bank Card Center.
If I want to set up an autopay for my premium settlement via my Manulife Credit Card, what do I do? You can contact your Manulife Insurance Advisor. Please note that autopay premium service is not available for unit-linked products.
If I don't want to set up an autopay settlement, what is another way to settle my premium using my Manulife Credit Card? Can I call Manulife Customer Service Hotline to do the phone payment? Bring your Manulife Credit Card to the Manulife Customer Service Centre on 22/F Manulife Plaza, The Lee Gardens, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, HK to settle your premium. We do not have phone payment service for Credit Card settlement.
Can I set up my autopay premium settlement other than monthly? Currently, Manulife Credit Card only provides monthly frequency for autopay.
What can I do if I find some doubtful items in my statement? Am I liable for any item charged on my Manulife Credit Card? If you find any doubtful item in your statement, please report it immediately to DBS Credit Card 24-hour Customer Services Hotline at 2290 8888. . The item will be immediately removed from your statement. You are not required to make any payment for the doubtful item until an investigation is conducted.
If I already have a Manulife Credit Card, can I also apply for a Manulife Credit Card (with MediPlus)? Will I still receive a welcome gift?Yes, existing Manulife Credit Cardholders can apply for the Manulife Credit Card (with MediPlus) and vice versa. Two cards can be held at the same time and cardholders will be entitled to the welcome gift.

Supplementary card applicants need to be over 18 years old. They can be either with or without Manulife insurance coverage. If they are with insurance coverage, they can enjoy the same MediPlus service as the principal cardholder. However, if they are without insurance coverage, they can still enjoy the facilities of the Manulife Credit Card.
Can cardholders of Manulife Card (with MediPlus) apply for supplementary cards for their dependents? Since Manulife Card (with MediPlus) is for medical use only, the cardholder must be medical insurance customers. For the supplementary card applicants, there is no age limit.

What information or documents do dependents submit with a Manulife Card (with MediPlus) application? The applicants need to fill in the form and provide an ID card number if over 11 years of age or a birth certificate number if under 11years. What should I do if I need to visit a doctor but the Card with MediPlus service has not been issued out yet? You must pay the fee and then send the receipt to Manulife for reimbursement. Manulife will reimburse the claim according to the benefit schedule of the policy.
How can I settle the balance payment of my medical transaction? Both the medical transaction charge amount and reimbursement amount will be clearly shown on your statement. You pay the difference between the actual medical expense and the reimbursed amount.
