Objective
Manulife Charitable Foundation Limited is a non-profit-making organization established in December 1998 by Manulife (International) Limited. Registered in the Inland Revenue Department as a charitable organization in Hong Kong, the Foundation can generate and donate funds to support and promote educational, health and charitable activities for the betterment of public welfare.
In addition, the Manulife Charitable Foundation also supports healthcare and educational programs through the establishment of the Manulife Centre for Children with Specific Learning Disabilities at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Sponsorships
> Applicants should be registered charitable organizations in Hong Kong > The function should be held in Hong Kong and benefit Hong Kong citizens > A formal proposal which details the objectives, format of the function, feasibility, track record of the institution or association, and the relevant experience and professional expertise of project participants, promotion strategy together with the fund requested is required > The function should focus on one of the following objectives: * Create a leadership role in an essential and cutting-edge area of health care * Make significant long-term positive impact on our community by helping people make better health and wellness choice/decision * Promote, support and develop educational programs for Hong Kong youth by helping them explore their potential and/or talent in various aspects * Offer study, training and/or development opportunities to the youth in Hong Kong * Enhance social welfare and/or social facilities for Hong Kong citizens
